Warranty Process:

1. Please describe the issue and provide us pictures (under 2MB) that display the problem, the item's outer package.
2. Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return under warranty ( R.M.A). It always takes 1-2 days at most.
3. Please ship the package according to the R.M.A instructions provided by our team.
4. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Size & fitting and wrong product:
Due to the wide offer available on our website, yousweety collaborates with several manufacturers and brands. It is possible to observe slight size differences between them. Customers are responsible to review the size chart and choosing the right item.

CANCELLATION / CHANGES

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. Cancellations & Refunds
