Warranty Terms:

Our 30 days warranty starts on the date of receiving your order. If you have any problem with the item please feel free to contact us immediately.

Warranty Process:

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please contact us at support@yousweety.com and indicate your message with all the details such as your order number, or product name. Then kindly follow these 3 steps:
1. Please describe the issue and provide us pictures (under 2MB) that display the problem, the item's outer package.
2. Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return under warranty ( R.M.A). It always takes 1-2 days at most.
3. Please ship the package according to the R.M.A instructions provided by our team.
4. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Warranty Compensation:

All faulty items under the 30 days warranty should be returned to our warehouse with an RMA form provided by our Customer Support Team.

Faulty items:

Upon the product's receipt, we will resend you replace at our cost or refund you.

Not faulty items:

If the item is not faulty but you are dissatisfied with it, please feel free to contact us. Kindly explain us the situation, we will allow a return for an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its labels, tags, and original packaging. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer.

Missing products/accessories:

We check all items/accessories before sending them, this should be extremely rare. Please contact us as per our warranty process as above, we will offer you a solution.

Size & fitting and wrong product:

Due to the wide offer available on our website, yousweety collaborates with several manufacturers and brands. It is possible to observe slight size differences between them. Customers are responsible to review the size chart and choosing the right item.
-If you have received the wrong size, contact us indicating the delivered size and the size you have ordered. Please kindly let us know whether the fitting is too small or too large.
-If the product is not as described on the website, kindly send us clear pictures (under 2MB) in good lighting via email at support@yousweety.com.
Once we receive your details as above, we will suggest an exchange for free or a refund.
-If you have ordered the wrong size or the wrong item, we can allow you to return it. Please contact us to get an R.M.A form (Return Merchandise Authorization). We can allow you to return for an exchange. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer.

Return Costs:

Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items. This cost is not refundable. Customers should provide us with the returning parcel tracking information. We will proceed with compensation once we receive the items.

Please Refer To The Following Return Policies:The customer must return the package as per our instructions and shipping address indicated on the R.M.A document and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if the customer support team has authorized the return. Warranty Exceptions:

Items that are exempt from refunds, exchanges, or replacements include all apparel listed under the underwear (woman's intimates) swimwear, personal use products (such as hair pieces, or hair wigs), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as makeup products), clearance categories, and any discounted product provided that yousweety did not make any error.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

CANCELLATION / CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
