Warranty Process:
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please contact us at support@yousweety.com and indicate your message with all the details such as your order number, or product name. Then kindly follow these 3 steps:
1. Please describe the issue and provide us pictures (under 2MB) that display the problem, the item's outer package.
2. Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return under warranty ( R.M.A). It always takes 1-2 days at most.
3. Please ship the package according to the R.M.A instructions provided by our team.
4. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Warranty Compensation:
All faulty items under the 30 days warranty should be returned to our warehouse with an RMA form provided by our Customer Support Team.

If the item is not faulty but you are dissatisfied with it, please feel free to contact us. Kindly explain us the situation, we will allow a return for an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its labels, tags, and original packaging. Missing products/accessories:
We check all items/accessories before sending them, this should be extremely rare. Please contact us as per our warranty process as above, we will offer you a solution.

Size & fitting and wrong product:
Due to the wide offer available on our website, yousweety collaborates with several manufacturers and brands. It is possible to observe slight size differences between them. Customers are responsible to review the size chart and choosing the right item.
-If you have received the wrong size, contact us indicating the delivered size and the size you have ordered. Please kindly let us know whether the fitting is too small or too large.
-If the product is not as described on the website, kindly send us clear pictures (under 2MB) in good lighting via email at support@yousweety.com.
Once we receive your details as above, we will suggest an exchange for free or a refund.
-If you have ordered the wrong size or the wrong item, we can allow you to return it. Please contact us to get an R.M.A form (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please Refer To The Following Return Policies:The customer must return the package as per our instructions and shipping address indicated on the R.M.A document and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if the customer support team has authorized the return. Warranty Exceptions:
Items that are exempt from refunds, exchanges, or replacements include all apparel listed under the underwear (woman's intimates) swimwear, personal use products (such as hair pieces, or hair wigs), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as makeup products), clearance categories, and any discounted product provided that yousweety did not make any error.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

CANCELLATION / CHANGES

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
The delivery time frame is between 3 to 12 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier depending on your location. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@yousweety.com.
Cancellations & Refunds
All orders CAN NOT be cancelled after 48 hours. You are able to cancel your order before your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
