2. Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return under warranty ( R.M.A). It always takes 1-2 days at most.

4. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Size & fitting and wrong product:


Due to the wide offer available on our website, yousweety collaborates with several manufacturers and brands. It is possible to observe slight size differences between them. Customers are responsible to review the size chart and choosing the right item.

Order Confirmation

Cancellations & Refunds

All orders CAN NOT be cancelled after 48 hours. You are able to cancel your order before your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
