- How many languages does the machine have?
The machine displays two languages, Chinese and English. The instructions are also in Chinese and English. We also provide instructions for using electronic pictures in Russian and Spanish. - There are several lights, what does each light do?
There are 4 lights. The red light is used to repair damaged skin. The blue light is used to lighten acne, calm skin and has anti-inflammatory action. The orange light is used to brighten skin and reduce pigmentation. The final light is used to whiten and rejuvenate skin. - How do you clean the machine?
Do not use water to rinse the machine or immerse it to avoid water damage. It can be wiped clean with a damp towel or wet paper towel after use and placed in a dry, ventilated place. Do not store it in the bathroom due to excess humidity. - Can it be used every day?
No. If you have sensitive skin, it is recommended that you use it 1 to 2 times a week. If you don't have sensitive skin, it is recommended to use it 3 times a week. Each mode is best used for 3 to 5 minutes.

Warranty Process:
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please contact us at support@yousweety.com and indicate your message with all the details such as your order number, or product name. Then kindly follow these 3 steps:
1. Please describe the issue and provide us pictures (under 2MB) that display the problem, the item's outer package.
2. Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return under warranty ( R.M.A). It always takes 1-2 days at most.
3. Please ship the package according to the R.M.A instructions provided by our team.
4. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Size & fitting and wrong product:
Due to the wide offer available on our website, yousweety collaborates with several manufacturers and brands. It is possible to observe slight size differences between them. Customers are responsible to review the size chart and choosing the right item.

CANCELLATION / CHANGES

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. Order Shipment
The delivery time frame is between 3 to 12 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier depending on your location. Cancellations & Refunds
All orders CAN NOT be cancelled after 48 hours. You are able to cancel your order before your order has shipped.
